Welcome to Park and Sale ("Website," "Platform," "We," "Us," or "Our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our classified advertising services for buying, selling, or renting cars, real estate, and other items in the UAE. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and UAE laws.

1. Eligibility & User Responsibilities
• Users must be at least 18 years old to list or purchase items.
• Businesses must provide accurate trade license details (if applicable).
• Users are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of listings (e.g., car ownership, property titles).
• Misrepresentation, fraud, or illegal activity will result in account suspension and legal action under UAE law.

2. Prohibited Listings & Content
Users must NOT post:
• Counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items.
• Fake or misleading ads (e.g., incorrect mileage, undisclosed accident damage).
• Items violating UAE laws (e.g., alcohol, drugs, offensive material).
• Ads promoting discrimination, hate speech, or adult content.

3. Buying & Selling Process
• Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, clear photos, and valid documentation (e.g., Mulkiya for cars, title deeds for property).
• Buyers must conduct due diligence (e.g., inspections, VIN checks) before purchasing.
• Park and Sale is not liable for transactions between users. All deals are at your own risk.

4. Fees & Payments
• Listing basic ads is free, but premium features (e.g., promotions) may require payment.
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy (if applicable).

5. Privacy & Data Protection
• We comply with UAE Data Protection Laws. User data is collected for service improvement but not shared unlawfully.
• By using the Platform, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

6. Dispute Resolution & Liability
• Park and Sale is not responsible for user disputes, financial losses, or misrepresented listings.
• UAE courts will handle legal disputes.

7. Termination & Account Suspension
We may ban users or remove listings violating these Terms without notice.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by UAE Federal Laws, including:
• Consumer Protection Laws
• Cybercrime Laws (Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021)
• Real Estate & Vehicle Regulations
